1. ACCOUNT AND LOGIN DETAILS
TROLO will link all of your information with your Account and that username. This includes information received from all mobile devices running the Application on which you have chosen to sign in using your username and password; Your Account and information associated with your Account will be visible only to TROLO; and. TROLO may also establish and require from time to time additional or different means of identification and authentication for logging in and accessing the Application or for accessing certain features or designated sections of the Application. Your login details are your responsibility. You are fully accountable for any use or misuse of your Account and personal details as a result of conveying your login details to someone else. You must maintain your login details in absolute confidentiality and avoid disclosing them to others.
2. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
We collect information to provide better Services to all our users, from figuring the traffic conditions and what’s the best time to leave and basic features like what language you speak etc. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls.
INFORMATION YOU CREATE AND PROVIDE TO US
2.1 ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
We collect information to provide better Services to all our users. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. Information required when setting up a username you have chosen, such as your name and gender. Bear in mind that false, incorrect, or out-dated information may impair TROLO’s ability to provide you with the Application and to contact you when necessary. TROLO will explicitly indicate the fields for mandatory completion. If you do not enter the requisite data in these fields, you may not be able to set up a username. KINDLY NOTE THAT NO PERSON FROM TROLO OR ON BEHALF OF TROLO SHALL ASK FOR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER CALL/ EMAIL/ SMS ETC. KINDLY REFRAIN FROM GIVING ANY PERSONAL DATA SUCH AS BANK DETAILS, CVV NUMBER, OTP, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL DATA TO ANY PERSON FOR THE PURPOSE OF USING THIS APPLICATION. WHENEVER, THE USER HAS ON HIS/HER OWN DISCRETION GIVEN ANY SUCH INFORMATION TO TROLO OR ANY PERSON, TROLO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AND/OR LIABLE FOR THE SAME.
2.2 INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO SHARE:
We collect information you choose to share, to provide better Services to you. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. Information that you choose to share with TROLO, includes username you have chosen, reports associated with your username, phone number, search queries, calendar information (if you choose to activate and use certain Application features like time to leave reminders), files you have uploaded to the Application, including voice and audio files, etc.
2.3 COMMUNICATION THROUGH TROLO:
We collect information that you provide while communicating with TROLO. We use this information to provide better Services to you. If you choose to use TROLO to communicate with other users or third parties through the TROLO Application, such as chat messages or sending pinned locations, we collect information when you exchange communication with TROLO, for example, if you submit a request, contact our support team, or report a violation to the abuse team.
2.4 INFORMATION THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA
We collect information you provide through social media accounts to provide better Services to you,. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. You may choose to connect your Account to your social network account(s). If you choose to do so, you may choose to share with TROLO and/or other user’s information from your social network accounts, such as your Facebook or Gmail profile photo or other personal information shared by you. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AS YOU USE OUR APPLICATION
2.5 YOUR LOCATION:
We collect certain information as you use the Application in order to provide better Services to you, by figuring the traffic conditions and what’s the best time to leave, basic stuff like what language you speak etc. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. Location and route information is collected for example in the form of GPS signals (combined with a time-stamp) and other information sent by your mobile device on which the Application is installed and activated. This location and route information is saved to a route history of all of the journeys you have made while using the Application. The types of location data we collect depends on your device and account settings. For example, depending on your selected device settings and/or your account settings we may collect information about your location and travel (or lack thereof) also while you are not using the app, in order to be able to tell you when to leave for planned drives, notify you about bad traffic in your area, and more.
2.6 YOUR APP, BROWSER & DEVICES
We collect information about your browser and device to provide better user experience. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. TROLO may collect and record how often you use the app and for how long which may be, your device type, unique identifiers, operating system type & version, battery usage, the third party web pages or Application you visit or use or interact with via the Application, information that you viewed on our Application, advertisements that are shown to you or that you view or click on, the fact that you used the Application to communicate with other users and the fact that you used third parties application/Application via TROLO to communicate with third parties, and the duration of such communications, the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the name of the domain that serves you to access the Application, and the geographic location of the device that you are using to log in and use TROLO on.
2.7 INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU FROM OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
We collect information from our partners to provide better Services to all our users. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. We may also receive aggregated, non-personally identifiable information and analysis from third parties measurement Applications, which help us understand how our users interact with our ads. We may also receive information from third party Application about how TROLO’s own marketing efforts performed on third party sites or platforms. We use various technologies to collect and store information, including, cookies, Advertising ID available on Android mobile devices or similar technologies, local storage, browser web storage, application data caches, databases, and server logs.
2.8 INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH IP ADDRESS
We collect information through your IP Address to provide better user experience and for figuring stuff like the traffic conditions and what’s the best time to leave, etc. The information TROLO collects depends upon how you choose to use our Application or how you manage your privacy controls. We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our application server and to administer our application. Your IP address is used to help identify you , but contains no personal information about you.
3. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

We also use the data we collected about the ads you view or interact with (e.g. click on) to help advertisers understand the performance of their ad campaigns and to provide them with aggregated reports. We may also use data to measure the usability and effectiveness of TROLO’s own marketing efforts on third party sites or platforms.

We use your information to send you updates, notices, announcements, and additional information related to the Application; We may also use your information to conduct surveys and questionnaires; And if you contact TROLO we may keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing in future. Subject to your prior indication of consent (to the extent required under applicable law), we may also use the email address that you provided to send you promotional and/or marketing materials.
3.6 TO PROTECT TROLO, OUR USERS, THE PUBLIC AND FOR LEGAL REASONS

vi. We may use and process your information and content, using different technologies to take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and the Application, or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the Application;
viii. We may use and process your information and content, using different technologies to help improve the safety and reliability of our Application. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to security risks, and technical issues that could harm TROLO, our users, or the public.
4. ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
TROLO allows advertisers to run ad campaigns on the Application. The information and advertisements that you see when accessing the Application may be targeted on the basis of your current TROLO activity, such as your current location, your destination or contextual information based on your current drive session. Please note: WE DON’T KNOWINGLY COLLECT NOR DO WE SHOW YOU PERSONALIZED ADS BASED ON SENSITIVE CATEGORIES, SUCH AS RACE, RELIGION, SEXUAL ORIENTATION.
5. INFORMATION SECURITY
TROLO considers information security to be a top priority. TROLO Application is built with strong security features that continuously protect your information. TROLO implements systems, Application and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risk of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. For example, we review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. In addition, we restrict access to personal information to TROLO employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations. The insights we gain from maintaining our Application help us detect and automatically block security threats from reaching you. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance. Therefore, although TROLO takes great efforts to protect your personal information, TROLO cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that TROLO’s databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.
6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
We may use information for any purpose as below: A. We may use information to personalize user experience. We may use the information to understand demographics, customer interest, and other trends among our users; B. We may use information to help develop our Application. We may use the information to provide, maintain, improve and modify the application and develop new features.
7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION:
We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, please note that although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no app, website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.
8.CHANGE OF INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT
8.1 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information that you provide to us, such as your contact information provided as a part of registration. If your protected information changes, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by making changes on the profile on our application. We will make good faith efforts to make the requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. You may also cancel or modify the communications that you have selected to receive from the Application by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.2 If upon modifying or changing the information earlier provided to us, we find it difficult to permit access to our services due to inefficiency or inaccuracy of the data, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Application by giving you a notification to this effect.
8.3If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us through the email@example.com. We will retain your protected information and usage information for as long as your account in the Application is active and we need it to provide services. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain some information as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activities, to enforce our agreements and for other business reasons. After a time your data may be anonymized and aggregated and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us to provide our Services effectively, but our use of anonymized data will be for analytic purposes.
9. HOW WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
9.1 DATA EXPIRES AFTER A SPECIFIC PERIOD OF TIME
Some data you can delete whenever you like, some data is deleted automatically, and some data we retain for longer periods of time when necessary. In some cases, you don’t need to actively delete your information as we set retention timeframes based on the reason for the data’s collection. We may also take steps to anonymize certain data within set time periods.
9.2 INFORMATION RETAINED FOR EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME

For example, when TROLO processes a payment for you, we’ll retain this data for longer periods of time as required. Reasons we might retain some data for extended periods of time include: Security, fraud & abuse prevention, financial record-keeping, complying with legal or regulatory requirements, ensuring the continuity of our Application, etc. Information regarding direct communications with TROLO is also retained by us.
10.SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

10.2 TROLO will not share your personal information with others, without your permission, except for the following purposes and to the extent necessary in TROLO’s good-faith discretion:

vi. TROLO will not share your personal information with others, without your permission, except to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues;
viii. TROLO will not share your personal information with others, without your permission, except to collect, store, hold and manage your personal information through cloud based or hosting Application or a third party or a party affiliated or connected to us, as reasonable for business purposes.
10.3 We may also share personal information with companies or organizations connected or affiliated with us, such as subsidiaries, sister-companies and parent companies.
10.4 We may ask providers to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with this policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

13.2 By contacting us, you represent that you are free to do so and that you will not knowingly provide Company with information that infringes upon third parties’ rights, including any intellectual property rights. You further acknowledge that notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any and all rights, including intellectual property rights in such information provided, shall belong exclusively to the Company, and Company may use or refrain from using any such information at its sole discretion.
